Classroom Management

Fair isn’t always equal, it's what he or she needs to be successful! Every child is different. We all learn different, play different, and come from different backgrounds. I will provide structure, modeling, guidance and individualized attention in the classroom. I am not one to report every good choice, or bad choice, that happens in the day. It is not in my nature, but please know I will reach out if there are any major concerns, patterns I notice, or greatness done in class! We will be using Bobcat PRIDE in the whole school and positive praise. I also use some Love and Logic and provide a space called the recovery chair, if a child needs it. It is a place they can go if they need some time to gather their emotions or calm down. Please reach out with any questions!
