About Me
I’m excited to begin my seventh year of teaching as a K-2 Academic Support Teacher here in Thermopolis! Before moving to Wyoming, I spent six years teaching in Nevada, with experience in preschool, second grade, and fifth grade. I received my Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and am currently working toward my Master’s in Education at Western Governors University.
I grew up in Michigan, but my love for horses and the outdoors led me out west. I worked on a horse ranch in Colorado, where I fell in love with the mountains, and later moved to Montana, where I discovered a passion for hot springs and river adventures while working for the Department of Livestock. It was also in Montana that I met my husband.
Now, as a family with three little girls, we’re excited to explore everything Thermopolis has to offer—from hot springs and mountain views to floating the river. I look forward to being part of this wonderful community!
